Crafted with passion, Baked to delight

Welcome to Crust and Craft, we’ve been the little secret of heart-warming bread for more than 150 years. Actually, no – there’s no secret, just really good tools and true passion for baking.

Since our establishment in 1847, we’ve been working to bring high quality baking forms to those who believe that baking is a way to be both nurturing and creative. We started with the material of the day – simple straw and moved on to rattan as we evolved.

Today we focus on wood pulp as we are aware of the eco-resources needed for our production process and believe that long term strategies are the way to go for a sustainable future. We take pride in being a world-wide provider of genuine and durable tools that enable professionals and enthusiasts alike to achieve their best results.

Crafting Excellence from Sustainable Wood Pulp

Our commitment to quality has stood the test of time for over a century. From the groundwood, we create a versatile pulp that forms the core of each bread form. Through the application of high pressure, excess water is meticulously extracted, resulting in a compacted fiber material that becomes the foundation of our bannetons.
