2.2 Handmade Products
Our products are meticulously handcrafted, and the production process begins upon receipt of an order, if a particular product is not in stock. You will be informed if the delivery time excedes 4 to 6 weeks.

2.3 Order Placement
Orders are considered placed once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase and inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. The minimum order is 30 euro, before taxes and shipping costs.

3. Payments
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments through PayPal, wire transfer, SEPA, and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method used in connection with any transaction.

When paying via wire transfer (bank transfer, SEPA transfer) we kindly request you to add the order number as the payment details. Otherwise it is possible to be missed by our accounting and your order will not enter the production que.

3.2 Comisions
The client is responsible for all bank fees incurred in connection with the payment via Wire Transfer / SEPA.

3.2 Pricing
Prices are listed in our product catalogue and exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. The final purchase price is confirmed during the checkout process.

3.3 Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with their orders. The prices displayed on our website are always ex works in Sternberg, Germany and do not include such additional charges.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Methods
We utilize reputable shipping carriers, including DHL, for worldwide delivery. Shipping options and costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the order. We are also including custom paperwork and other expenses in regard with the shipping of your order.

We advise corporate customers that know that have a valid European VAT (the validity of an EU VAT can be checked here) to add it to their account/invoice in the dedicated form, using the format country code + number (ex. DE360426665 not 360426665). This is the only way the system can validate your VAT and deduct it from the invoice.

We advise customers outside European Union to use an EORI code in order for their import to run smoothly. UK based businesses and customer especially.

4.2 Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination and product availability. Estimated delivery times are between 4 and 6 weeks but are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, like extreme weather, supply chain issue or shipping issue.

4.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include packaging, handling, and transportation fees. Any additional customs or import duties at the buyers end are the responsibility of the customer.

4.4 Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery. Please always check you spam folder for any issues.

4.5 Delayed or Lost Shipments
In the event of delayed or lost shipments, we will make every effort to assist in locating and delivering your order. However, we are not liable for delays or losses beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting the delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging, please refuse the shipment and contact our customer service immediately.

In the event that the product inside is damaged or defective, please report it to our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order. Include photographs of the damaged item and packaging for our records.

We only accept exchanges for products that are badly damaged and non-functional, rendering them unusable. Minor defects, that are only visual, that do not affect the functionality of the product will not qualify for an exchange.

If your product qualifies for an exchange due to damage, we will provide instructions for the return process. The returned item must be in its original packaging and include all accessories.
